Terms of Service

1. About the service

AdPulse is a reporting service operated by Cinamystic, an independent studio project based in India ("we", "us", "our") that delivers daily Meta advertising performance summaries to your WhatsApp number. AdPulse reads performance data from your Meta ad accounts through Meta's official Marketing API using view-only permissions that you grant.

2. Eligibility and account setup

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to grant access to the Meta Business Manager and ad accounts you connect.
• If you connect ad accounts belonging to clients, you confirm you have their permission to receive performance data for those accounts.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate WhatsApp number and keeping it active.

3. Scope of access

• AdPulse operates with view-only access. We cannot create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, change budgets or spend money from your ad accounts.
• You may revoke our access at any time through your Meta Business Manager settings. Revoking access will stop report delivery.

4. Subscription and billing

• AdPulse is a monthly subscription service. Plans renew every month until cancelled.
• Submitting the enquiry form does not create a subscription and requires no payment. A subscription begins only after you confirm onboarding with our team and complete payment.
• Early bird pricing: the discounted early bird price is available to the first 100 users and applies to the first month of subscription only. From the second month onwards, the standard plan price applies.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may be revised prospectively with prior notice. Applicable taxes, if any, are additional unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at studio.cinamystic@gmail.com. Cancellation stops your next monthly renewal. The fee for the current month is not refundable, and your reports continue for the full 30 days you have paid for. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

6. Service availability

• We aim to deliver reports daily at your chosen time. Delivery depends on third-party systems including Meta's API and WhatsApp's messaging infrastructure, and occasional delays or failures may occur.
• Reported figures are sourced from Meta's API as available at the time of generation. Meta may restate or update metrics after our report is sent. Always treat Meta Ads Manager as the authoritative source for financial decisions.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use AdPulse to access ad accounts you are not authorised to view.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

8. Intellectual property

The AdPulse name, website, report formats and underlying software are owned by Cinamystic. Your advertising data remains yours.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• AdPulse provides reporting only. We do not provide advertising, financial or investment advice, and we are not responsible for advertising decisions you make based on the reports.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the one month preceding the claim.

10. Third-party platforms

AdPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Meta and WhatsApp remains subject to their own terms of service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms, non-payment or misuse. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and revoking access.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
